How do I know if a particular frame fits me?

Our best advice is to compare the measurements of a product with a pair of glasses you have at home. If you don’t have any glasses att home, see if you can borrow a pair from a relative or a friend. For each product you can find it’s measurements under the ‘additional information’ tab. There you can find measurements of frame width, temple arm length, bridge length, lens width and lens height. Which lens color should I choose?

Which lens color you should choose depends on your personal situation and preference. If you need a pair of daytime glasses we recommend the Yellow 450 filter. For nighttime use we have two filters, Red 550 and Ruby Red 580. If you are looking for minimal melatonin disruption, go for the Ruby Red 580. If you need a little better color perception and brightness, go for the Red 550. You can read more on our lenses at this page.

Do you offer prescription and reading glasses?

Yes, we offer prescription glasses as well as reading glasses. However, in our world a pair of reading glasses is the same as prescription glasses. When buying a pair of readers you choose prescription glasses and specifies the strength of your lenses in the same way as you would with a pair of prescription glasses. Our prescription glasses comes in two flavours: single vision glasses and progressives.

What is the cost for shipping?

The cost for shipping depends on weight and the location to where you want the glasses to be shipped. The exact cost of shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.

How do you handle returns or exchanges?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your products to get in touch with us regarding a return for an exchange or a refund. Please contact Juniperus at info@juniperus.se and let us know if you would like to return or refund your glasses. No questions asked. There are some exceptions to this free return/refund policy. The purchased product shall be in new and resalable condition. We cannot however accept returns or refunds on prescription glasses.
