Shipping & Returns
Once you have placed your order it will be handled swiftly by us here att Juniperus.
Once the product is shipped from Juniperus, you will get an e-mail vith a tracking number and instructions how to track your package as it travels from us to you.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your products to get in touch with us regarding a return for an exchange or a refund. Please contact Juniperus at email@example.com and let us know if you would like to return or refund your glasses. No questions asked.
There are some exceptions to this free return/refund policy.
All packages sent from Juniperus are tracked. We will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such. If a parcel is missing please contact Juniperus at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
Our glasses are all checked before they are packaged and sent to you. If your product is faulty, we will comply with our obligations under the Swedish Consumer Law. We will exchange the product at no cost to you. We will also cover shipping costs. Please contact Juniperus at email@example.com.
